Gasses that Cause the Greenhouse Effect

The changes in the earth’s axis and orbit have a direct effect on how much sunlight the earth gets. This slow process takes about hundreds or even thousands of years.

You can say that the sun is the source of all energy. The higher the sun’s intensity is, the more sunspots appear which makes the sun brighter.  One of the reason why houses have roofs is to protect you from direct sunlight. Make sure you protect your roof by regularly doing roof painting to make sure your roof stays in shape.

Would you believe that the increasing heat lately is not caused by the sun but only the earth’s atmosphere? Scientists in Germany reported there is no tremendous change in the sun’s brightness than the last 30 years.

Anything emitted in the atmosphere can have a direct effect on the environment’s temperature. Volcanic eruptions can spew particles into the atmosphere that can drop temperatures and the effect lasts for about two years.
Water evaporation and clouds can also have an effect. The more clouds that are concentrated into the atmosphere, the more heat would be trapped therefore increasing the temperature.
The increased heat will cause icy glaciers to melt and more water vapor is evaporated into the air. This greenhouse effect causes the environment to be warmer.
Is CO2 to blame for the greenhouse effect?
There are a number of researchers that agree that nature is not to be blamed for the sudden increase in temperature for the last 30 to 40 years. The conclusion is that, the increase in the emissions of CO2 has a direct effect on how the temperature rises.

What can we do to cope with the greenhouse effect?
Conserve energy
There are lots of ways to conserve energy starting with your household. Start looking around for smarter choices when it comes to household equipment. More manufacturers are taking part in social responsibility to produce household items that promote energy conservation.
Start checking the lights around your house and make sure that you switch to fluorescent lights than using incandescent light bulbs. You won’t believe how much you can slash off your electricity bill each month. You can save about 25% each month. A more effective solution is using halogen light bulbs however it may cost more.
Computers nowadays are becoming smart and include energy saving features as well. You can set the screens to switch off after a certain time of being idle.
Aim for your household to be one among of the world’s greenest homes to help lessen the greenhouse effect. Not only it lowers your utility bills, you are also doing your part in saving the environment. Having done that conservation, your savings may even afford you your much desired cheap liposuction.
